Return Policy

1. All products are new and under warranty. Once product is used, please contact manufacturer for product defects.



2. All returns must be requested by Phone or Email within 7 days of delivery.



3. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number assigned to them.



4. The item must be new, unused and in the original packaging.



5. Shipping cost for returns/exchanges are not reimbursable.



6. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities."



We DO NOT warranty that you purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 19 U.S.C> 922D (1) - (7).



NOTE: We require you to be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition. Firearms must ship to a licensed dealer in your area. All firearms sales are final. Used firearms have no warranty unless specified. It is the responsibility of the manufacturers, not Stoner Arms LLC to honor warranties on new firearms. While we may choose to help you with this process, we have no obligation to do so. Stoner Arms LLC is not responsible in any way for damage or injury resulting from the use or misuse, legal or illegal, of any firearm we sell. Stoner Arms LLC makes no warranty concerning the products we sell. Issues with products must be dealt with by contacting the manufacturer. We may require full or partial prepayment for custom builds or orders.



Stoner Arms LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during shipment.



Buying Guns Online



Stoner Arms LLC sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. We can ship a firearm to any Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer) within the United States to handle the ownership transfer.
